Old school hip hop/pop experts?

This might be a difficult question cause it's kinda hard to explain, but I've been trying to figure out this song forever!

I believe it's from the late 80s/early 90s, and it has some hip hop in it, but the chorus is mostly like a trumpet (or maybe saxaphone) playing, and it sounds like in the middle of it they're saying something like "funky, funky"...lol! I dunno, it's just want it sounds like they're saying! I heard the song quite a few times over the years, and it's really bothering me what it's called. If anyone can help I would realy appreciate it! Thanks!
